I have been craving crepes like crazy and so last week I decided to make some. They are easy and delicious. I made these for an after school snack for my son and they were an immediate hit! Here is the recipe…
I also don’t like cooking these in a skillet. Mine always get stuck and I can’t flip them so I make mine on my griddle. (I know that is probably a authentic crepe no-no…but they taste the same to me and are so much easier! Plus, I can make more at a time. ๐
At this point you can add whatever fillings or toppings you want.
I usually just eat them with butter and sprinkled powdered sugar but I decided to add a little something to them. Adding strawberries makes them healthy right?
And maybe some whipped cream?
Yummy and filling. ๐ Enjoy!
